Narrated By Ibn 'Abbas : The Prophet said: "I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful." It was asked, "Do they disbelieve in Allah?" (or are they ungrateful to Allah?) He replied, "They are ungrateful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favours and the good (charitable deeds) done to them. If you have always been good (benevolent) to one of them and then she sees something in you (not of her liking), she will say, 'I have never received any good from you."
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سےروایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: (ایک لمبی حدیث میں) اور میں نے دوزخ کو دیکھا کیا دیکھتا ہوں کہ عورتیں بہت ہیں وہ کفر کرتی ہیں لوگوں نے کہا: کیا اللہ کے ساتھ کفر کرتی ہیں؟ آپﷺ نے فرمایا: (نہیں) خاوند کا کفر ( ناشکری) کرتی ہیں اور احسان نہیں مانتیں اگر تو ایک عورت سے ساری عمر احسان کرے پھر وہ (ایک ذرا سی) کوئی بات تجھ سے دیکھے (جس کو پسند نہ کرتی ہو) تو کہنے لگتی ہے میں نے تجھ میں کبھی کوئی خیر نہیں دیکھی۔
