Narrated By 'Abdullah : When the following Verse was revealed: "It is those who believe and confuse not their belief with wrong (worshipping others besides Allah.)" (6:83), the companions of Allah's Apostle asked, "Who is amongst us who had not done injustice (wrong)?" Allah revealed: "No doubt, joining others in worship with Allah is a great injustice (wrong) indeed." (31.13)
عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ جب (سورۃ انعام) کی یہ آیت اتری جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے اپنے ایمان میں گناہوں کی آمیزش نہیں کی تو صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم نے کہا (یا رسول اللہﷺ یہ تو بڑی مشکل بات ہے) ہم میں کون ایسا ہے جس نے گناہ نہیں کیا تب اللہ نے (سورۃ لقمان کی) یہ آیت اتاری شرک بڑا ظلم ہے۔
